Lewis at the Estate Agency Company was fantastic. If you are looking to sell a property in Glasgow I could not recommend him highly enough. Managed <1week turn around from instruction to the property being on the market and had the property under offer a week later with an offer substantially above the home report. Robert was a great help from start to finish for us. He both assisted in the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. The advice and attention to detail he had was second to none and we appreciated it greatly. From start to finish Robert was there for whatever we needed and was always at hand. On the day of our move out and move in, which happened to be the same day, he was constantly keeping us updated on both the buyer and sellers information and preferences. Sorting the exchange of keys, timings and any further requirements following the move. Robert was also contactable following the move for the coming weeks assisting with exchanging information with the previous owners and the buyer of our previous property. Buying my first home and Lewis was a true angel, helped me through the process. Even during the viewing I felt comfortable that he was being genuinely honest and not lying to make a sale. Sharing his knowledge from within the industry to help me with the renovations I would need to carry out the house. Even when my solicitors were not communicating efficiently Lewis was always available to help me out. I absolutely will not hesitate in recommending this company and will be using them when the time comes for me to sell this property. Although this is me buying my first home I’ve privately let from most of the “big names” and never have I been treated as nice and honest as Lewis and his team looked after me.
