Good Evening and thank you for your comments it always surprises me that when a tenant does not answer any emails and then write a negative review - but for the avoidance of any doubt I will attach images separately the poor disgusting condition you left the beautiful property in - a property that was freshly decorated for you you to move into by the owner - Helen at the time went out of her way to help you move into the property from abroad and although you were a excellent tenant always paying your rent on time the filth left was disgusting kitchen cupboards bathroom etc marks on all walls throughout the property - the poor landlord with the help of our maintenance team had to go in and complete paint and shampoo all the carpets - and deep clean the property -what sort of people are you its horrific behaviour and you owe the landlord an apology - Mitchells do not keep the deposit - it was recalled and went to the landlord to sort out his home - over and above this you dumped furniture and mattresses in the back garden a communal area that your neighbours use again abusing there kindness - I'm going to show them this review and ask them to comment on your home as they have had plenty to say - As explained to you in our many emails that we did not get a response from this is the reason you have not received a payment back finally there is still a debt to the landlord of £326.56 for getting the property ready to re let. You in my opinion should be embarrassed leaving a home in the condition you did and expect the landlord and neighbours to clean your mess. Mitchells has a responsibility to all tenants but also to all landlords one of the main reasons we continue receiving positive reviews - 5 star positive reviews. - I suggest moving forward if you ever rent again you treat the rental property with respect and don't hide behind 1 star google reviews - I can assure you this will not change our landlords opinion of you and your family as tenants.

New Agent in Dennistoun thought i would go and see what they had to phone them and went along on a Saturday afternoon and they were open although I think i was lucky as the lady's working overtime she was very helpful and obviously wanted my valuation she arranged for the Valuer to contact me 14 days later Property SOLD at closing date and I'm delighted NO UPFRONT FEES and that includes home report very professional and knowledgable would highly recommend them.

I totally understand why to date this new business has 5 star reviews - they tell you as it is - with advice and suggestions- I had 3 separate valuations from different companies Angelo spent over 1 hour with me I honestly felt in safe hands - I respected his views ideas and knowledge - I was lucky as I got a great opening offer so my fee was reduced - my property LET so Im very happy - thanks so much cheers and good luck.

Gosh Where do I start - Helen phoned me as i popped in to ask about their services a few days prior - as I was wanting to sell my home in Dennistoun - We arranged for there Managing partner to come out to my home - He was down to earth honest and clear in the approach any way he wanted to sell my home the fees were better than fantastic as they were new to the area they wanted our business - well 10 days later home SOLD well above my expectations and exactly what they said - I can't recommend them enough. Best of Luck but I don't think you will need it ......

GoogleThey never put my money under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, which is clearly against the law. After months trying to have my deposit back they only return part of it. I would never recommend this company.
Thank you David for your input it obviously disappoints me and all the team that you feel this way - after our team went out of their way during your tenancy assisting you and your joint tenant both with furniture package and repairs at no cost to yourselves during covid - out with the standard timescale sadly as you are very aware damages occurred and it was both your responsibility to pay for this - we try very hard to fix all repairs at min cost - in this occasion costs were more substantial - and our agency covered this for you - I’m glad you received your refund back and this occurred many months ago - we as a family run firm sadly can not satisfy everyone and we obviously on this occasion disagree - I’m glad in most cases our tenants appreciate our hard work and fairness - we have a responsibility to both our tenants and landlords and we can not allow tenants to abuse properties and leave them damaged. Not withstanding this we wish you continued success and hope you now moving forward you learn from your mistakes and look after and sort out any problems that occur in your rented property before leaving it - as from records show you had the same concern with your tenancy prior to the tenancy. - kind regards Mitchells Sales and Lettings Team .
