Before getting to know Lemon property and renting a house with them, I have actually used few other agencies for renting. To be honest, Lemon property is the best so far in my opinion. I could not imagine that renting a house is so easy for foreigners in Glasgow till I met with Alison, the property manager at Lemon. She always stand by the side of the tenants and fight for them to bring the best deal to the table. Once she knew that we have a child, she contacted the owner directly and convinced him to give up some of the requirements. Once we have found the right house to move to, she told us that we could move the next day if we want which is really great. I have dealt with some other agencies where they require at least 4-5 days to complete the paper works. With Lemon property this is not the case.

Lemon Property have managed the letting of my flat in Dennistoun since Alan Govan launched the company a few years ago, and I have been extremely happy with the service, which seems to get better all the time. Recently, I've been blown away by the way Alison Wright has project managed an enormous amount of repair and decoration that needed to be done in a very short time - how she kept her lovely sense of humour I have NO idea! The contractors found by Lemon Property and Alison have done a brilliant job at very reasonable cost. I'm so grateful particularly for the way every query or concern I've had has been taken seriously and responded to really promptly. Lemon Property also always liaises well between the tenant and myself and I know they are as responsive to the tenant's concerns as well as my own - as I spent much of my life renting, this is something that is important to me too. We've lived at a property let by Lemon Property for over 5 years and would highly recommend their services. During that time we've had a few minor emergencies and Lemon have always been amazing at sorting out any issues. They've sorted out plumbers and handymen very quickly to deal with anything that's popped up. Alison and Alan have been so helpful and lovely over the years and always reply to any emails and calls quickly and succinctly.
