At a difficult time in my life, meeting a letting agent like Alison has been a lifesaver. Everything has been dealt with in an incredibly efficient and professional manner - it took five days between the day of viewing and picking up keys to the flat. I was worried about the speed of everything, but the process was thorough and properly done. I even had a lawyer in the family go over the contract in case I missed anything, who confirmed that it all looked as it should. Even so, I was worried about the move in - I had heard many horror stories of letting agents who put on a good face for the viewing, but became impossible to contact after the contract was signed. This has not at all been the case with Lemon Property. When there were a number of teething issues with the new flat, Alison responded incredibly promptly and made sure not only that I was compensated for any troubles but that the issues were fixed as quickly as possible. It has really put me at ease for living here. I would absolutely recommend Lemon Property to anyone looking to rent!

Cannot recommend Lemon Properties enough. Alison is an absolute ray of sunshine and made the process of moving super easy and straightforward. After being evicted we felt quite defeated after being dismissed or ignored by every letting agent but Alison really saved the day. I’m a landlord and previously used another agent. I decided to switch to Lemon on a recommendation and wish I had done so sooner. They are night and day better, highly responsive and pro-active. My previous agent just took the fee and then either did nothing or worse offloaded problems to me. Lemon, and particularly Alison go out of their way to solve problems and the trades people they use are cheaper than those from previous agents and seem to do a better job. I was a tenant with Lemon Property and cannot speak highly enough of their service. When I first enquired about 1-bed viewings Alison actually asked if I would consider a flat share with an existing tenant of theirs and subsequently put me in touch, which worked out really well! I ended up going ahead and property management through Alison was seamless. When there were boiler issues in the middle of my night shifts whilst my flatmate was away the repairs were arranged within 24 hours and at a time convenient for me! Any issues raised were met with an immediate response (honestly… even at 11pm sometimes!) and resolved within 24 hours. I genuinely wish they could take over my current tenancy if it weren’t in a different city, my current agents could learn a thing or two from Alison!

What a great experience with Lemon Property! All I can say is a big Thank you to Alison for supporting me in finding a suitable property. I came to Glasgow nearly 2 months ago and I found it extremely difficult to find an apartment to rent due to the high demand within the region at the time. Cannot recommend Lemon Property/Alison enough. My friend and I had been looking for to rent for a while and were finding it hard. With lemon, the application process was incredibly simple and streamlined and we were able to secure a place within a couple of days from the viewing.
