GoogleI would highly recommend selling with Ivy. I sold my west end flat with them in May of this year and was very satisfied with the whole process.
They are professional and friendly to deal with and always availabile for questions and advice. We meet with other agents but felt that Ivy were much more knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. We felt in very good hands throughout the major life event of selling and moving home. We chose to do our own viewings, however we have viewed properties with Ivy in the past and were impressed with their knowledge of the home being sold and the local area. They clearly do their research in order to provide both buyer and seller with the best experience.
Ivy are ahead of their game and I cannot recommend them enough.

FacebookIvy Property go with the silly tactics of don’t allow viewings for first 5 days after a property launches on the market (today), in an attempt to drum up interest. Property comes on today and you can’t view till next Wednesday, as they are inundated doing viewings!! What a load of utter rubbish, the market is dead, there’s hardly a property to view!!!!! Defo not be selling my property with them. Wonder if the sellers are aware of these stupid tactics, can say I’d certainly be pissed off if I was selling my property with them and they were turning viewers away, particularly at the weekends. An old crappy estate agent tactic that does not work.
