GoogleBest letting agents I have ever seen, their communication is prompt, issues when reported are addressed as soon as possible, always helping if any issues, track and remind whenever required and very honest. No false commitments. If any damages or issues in house, just let them know and they fix it quickly. If you keep house clean and well maintained, donβt worry about deposit amount. We received the full deposit! so happy with them & I always recommend them.

FacebookWe can not recommended Harvey lets enough! We lived in one of their properties for 4 years while saving to buy our first home. The service we received from Sandra Carole and Scott through out our stay was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better service. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free rental as this team ensure you are happy at all times. Tgey are also very personable and test you more as a friend than a client which is refreshing after us previously having bad experiences with letting agents. Thanks for the last 4 years we will be in soon with a gift to say thanks for doing an outstanding job! οΏ½

GoogleHarvey Lets have looked after my properties for about 4 years now. They are a fantastic company to deal with and conduct all their business in a professional and efficient manner. My properties are constantly rented out with good , honest and reliable tenants. All payments from Harvey lets go into my account right on time and for the right amount. The properties are looked after and regularly checked by the excellent staff at Harvey lets. I know from previously bad experiences that there are plenty of letting agents that do not conduct their business in such an efficient and honest manner, but Harvey lets are 100% spot on with everything they do for their clients. I would recommend them to anyone .

GoogleI have been using Harvey Lets for over 10 years and recommend them to all my friends. Dealing with a small company, giving personal attention, is the best way to get satisfaction. They have kept my property rented with the absolute minimum of void days. They check the property regularly and get good quality tenants. Anyone who is looking to rent should try this company and anyone with property to rent, should give Harvey Lets a call - the proof of the pudding is in the eating !!

GoogleWe had searched for a comfortable apartment for months without success until we met harvey lets and within a few days, they got us the best flat ever without hassles. GoogleI can't recommend this agency highly enough. They are lovely people who know their job and show a genuine interest in the well-being of their tenants. They dealt with all emergencies (such as broken boiler) in a fast and reliable way, and they were always an email/phone call away for anything needed. My experience with them, from the first day till the end of my tenancy, was excellent.

GoogleVery poor letting agency, they will charge you for anything they possibly can within law. Their emergency contact also doesn't come out without them having a say, so if they're closed for a weekend or bank holiday and it's an emergency, they still don't come out. Poor communication between letting agency and tenant and don't reply to emails. Very cheeky on the phone when you need to ring them.

GoogleWas very impressed with Harvey Lets when I had to rent a property at short notice and was very stressed. Both Carole and Scott dealt with everything really well and made the process very straightforward. When I moved out everything was sorted with the minimum of fuss and bother. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Harvey Lets.

They are unprofessional and never kept a word. I rented a flat from them and kept asking them to repair issues in the flat and they just ignored me for 2 months. When it came to the rent, they kept annoying me to get the rent, however, when I asked them to repair the issues they just never responded
