I have had a superb experience so far with Harvey Lets! The team are knowledgeable, reliable and most of all extremely professional! As someone who lives abroad I was very worried that I would not be able to find a decent letting agent. Upon speaking to Scott he reassured me straight away on all of my queries and helped me through the process of getting my property handed over, listed, rented and now in the management stage. They offer many services to landlords, some of which are really useful. A big thanks to Scott, Candy, Emily, Dougie and Jack!!

I had the pleasure of using Harvey Lets when I stayed in one of their properties on two occasions. When I contacted them about any issues or repairs, they were very quick to resolve them. I found the team to be extremely helpful and friendly, especially Carol and Jack, with whom I was in contact during my time at the property. I was going through an incredibly difficult time, after being abused by a flatmate, I had to move out of my previous flat within a month. That month was full of stress and uncertainty. I couldn’t find anything suitable in Glasgow and was close to accepting a place far outside the city just because my deadline was fast approaching. But then I found Harvey Let, and they truly made the impossible possible. What usually takes over a week, they managed to do in less than 48 hours. Not only did they hand me the keys quickly, but they also gave me a welcome box filled with sweets and helpful items to celebrate my new home. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant more to me than I can express. The flat itself is absolutely lovely, clean, bright, and in great condition. Best of all, they were understanding and kind enough to let me live there peacefully with my kittens, which made it truly feel like home. I’m forever grateful for their speed, compassion, and support during such a vulnerable time. Thank you, Harvey Let, you’ve made a lasting impact on my life.

We were tenants for 10 year with Harvey Lets and it was a great experience from start to end. Always quick to have issues resolved, great communication and very friendly staff. Would especially like to shout out Scott and Candy for always going out of their way to help. Landlords and letting agents tend to get a bad rep, Harvey Lets are nothing but exceptional - continuously providing us with a great service.

Absolutely shocking. Our agent is extremely rude and the owner of the business wouldn't let me make a complaint because she's right and I'm wrong in his mind. We have been left to freeze with a broken radiator due to structural problems during winter for a month and they have NOTHING to say about that, because they eventually got a temporary heating solution out to us. Avoid like the plague. They have no idea how to run their business. In my experience, their agents act like bullies over the phone and then deny it in emails with samey corporate lingo. They never respond to emails, they always phone, because it isn't recorded. It's gross practice.

My mate rents off of this agency and his house looked great for him moving in, house clean and perfect. He used to rent from Finehome aka MLB Properties, he did so for 9+ years, until they kicked him out with a few weeks notice. When he moved in, the place was gross, despite apparently being professionally cleaned and it was furnished with appliances from 70s-80s plus it has LOADS of maintenance issues which they NEVER addressed, poor bloke lived without a doorbell despite mentioning over 50x to MLB staff. MLB continued to increase his rent despite never addressing any of his problems with the flat. For your sanity and cleanliness reasons DO NOT EVER rent from MLB Properties. Rent a flat from Harvey Lets because from what I've seen so far, they are top notch, my friends house looks amazing and his mental and physical health is much better seeing as he no longer lives in MLB Properties insect/spider infested, mouldy slum dwelling. Harvey's staff are much nicer too according to my friend. I don't rent from Harvey's but I would if I was going to move out from my family's home, I am reviewing this because Harvey's really helped my friend out after MLB PROPERTIES caused him loads of trouble in his life.

The team at Harvey Lets have let and managed our flat in Glasgow since 2000. In that time there have been many issues, but they have dealt with them all, swiftly and professionally. Although we are overseas and the time zones make discussions hard, we've always been delighted with their efficient and cost effective solutions. They are trustworthy and I don't ever feel they are driving their fees to my detriment. Rental payments are deposited in our account regularly and on time and with a simple to understand receipt unlike previous management companies I have used. Advice is offered when asked and in almost 15 years, we have very rarely been without a tenant. I would thoroughly recommend Harvey Lets and I trust them implicitly.

I've used other rental agencies before to assist me in letting my property and they've always been almost adequate, but Harvey Lets have blown them out of the park with the service I get. There is a great flow of communication both ways, rent gets paid in a timely way and issues are dealt with likewise. They do the inspections they say they will and generally exceed the standard.

Having had a few negative experiences with letting agencies as a tenant (who hasn't?) I made it a priority, as a first time landlord, to find a letting agency who were fair and decent to all parties. After two years of working with Harvey Lets I can say that they have been highly professional, extremely courteous and receptive to every request I have made. I first made contact with Harvey Lets before I had purchased an apartment and even at that point they were generous with their time in answering my rookie landlord questions. From the first moment I formed a very positive impression of the company and I'm pleased to say that my initial sentiments weren't misplaced. Naturally I can only speak from a landlord's perspective but, as letting companies go, I'd be confident in ranking Harvey Lets as one of the best in the country.

I contacted Dougie Harvey and his team to help find a renter and to handle my rental lease. Probably the most competent and efficient letting agency I've dealt with in the last 10 years. Repairs are swift and carried out properly, the contractors are all on time and friendly. I mainly deal with Jack in the office and he's always so helpful and efficient, I'm not left waiting for ages on a reply or a repair. Glad we have them as our letting agency.

Although not very responsive to email stated on the website, calling the office or emailing staffs' individual email has always been very responsive. Best letting agent I've had in Scotland. Even when considering them from an objective perspective outside of my experience, they would be in the top 1% of letting agents. Repairs were always done within a week if not within 2 days, and everyone was always helpful and diplomatic to requests.
