The admin arrangements were very efficient and were always adhered to.The surveyor phoned 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm timing. He was pleasant and seemed to carry out his tasks with a minimum of fuss.

On the whole a good experience, basic report with some anomalies re ex service house - previous owner was a bank manager. Not all ceilings plasterboard, ceiling in living room wood. Supplied council band on questionnaire, but reported as not known?.

Very unhappy with our valuation,and the tenuous reasons for it. Despite many internal and external improvements,our house is the same value as 2011…apparently.
