GoogleI am writing to you as a very disappointed countrywide customer and am making a formal complaint about Alan. I am finding this very unprofessional when Alan disregards my mail messages. When you payment for the Countrywide service, lack of contact and lack of interest in the matters of the client. One of many problems you pay for home insurance and life insurance (3,5 months) when you do not have your keys yet. I contacted with insured company and they told me of the person who insured us should do it. about many attempts to contact, he did not do it from January, we have May. This is one described problem. I wouldn't give even one star, but it's not possible.

GoogleA house that my partner and I were really interested in buying went on the market last Tuesday. It is however, going to a closing date 10 days after putting it on the market which is disappointing and does not appear to give the buyers enough opportunities to view a property. Maybe something to review in future.
