My experience with Chalmers Properties has always been excellent. Most recently, I asked Aimee Pickering to organise some things for a tenant. She went above and beyond expectations to do what was needed and liaised with the tenant, contractor and me. Communication was excellent. Thank you, Aimee.

Excellent and professional service from A to Z. Great communications, all inquiries were answered fast. I got locked outside my flat on a Saturday evening, I called Mr Chalmers and he immediately responded although it was an out of office hours situation. He personally came to the flat with the spare key in around 30 mins. Mr Chalmers was very understanding and cooperative. Whenever I am looking for a flat, Chalmers Properties will be my first stop .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

After approximately 14 months with another Letting Agent I moved to Chalmers Properties and the difference has been nigh on indescribable. it is no lie, no exaggeration and no mere hyperbole to say that changing to Chalmers Properties has made a real difference to my life such is the positive impact of this change. Chris, in discussion, offered the personal touch and a focus on finding the right tenant for the right property and that is exactly what he has delivered. His attention to detail is second to none, his advice invaluable, his knowledge incomparable and the service in general simply the best I could ever recommend.
