GoogleAvoid leaving me an autistic young adult and my mum in a house without electricity and gas then when we phone up the emergency line the say “I despise you phoning me on a Saturday”

Dear Mr Longstaffe, From our records your name was not on the tenancy, the keys for this property were picked up on a Tuesday. By our records you called about the lack of electricity on a Saturday evening, we did organise a repair best in the given situation. If the tenant had called within 24 hours of picking up the keys, we would have resolved any issues immediately. Best regards
