GoogleRecently I had a property to sell. AVJ Homes published details on Right Move and others. There was a steady stream of enquiries which were promptly forwarded to myself by text and email to arrange the viewings. AVJ homes did what they promised. They published the ad, and passed on serious enquiries immediately. There is no more to say just prompt efficient service.

GoogleMy experience at this property is not satisfactory. My complaints was not treated with urgency after 5 days of signing tenancy agreement most of the appliances here were not working properly until yesterday i need to invite someone to fix the heating radiator for me .Washing machine not functioning at the moment,hence the tenancy agreement need to be adjusted to April 1st. One the staff came yesterday to fix the heater and it stop working again. She said someone will be coming to fix the washing machine today. I thinks the agency need to double check appliances at a property to confirm they are all in good working condition before letting the apartment.

GoogleVijay and the team at AVJ Homes are excellent, my property was sold within a week. Vijay organised everything for me from home report to viewing, I had absolutely nothing to do. I was kept updated regularly and their online Portal is very easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend AVJ Homes to anyone thinking of selling their property, their local knowledge is first class.

GoogleI have been dealing with AVJ Homes for over two years regarding a serious issue with their tenant, and their complete lack of responsibility and professionalism is beyond unacceptable. Despite countless emails, phone calls, and face-to-face visits, they have failed to take any action to address a disgusting accumulation of rubbish in a shared yard. The tenant repeatedly dumps furniture, waste, and other rubbish, turning the area into an unhygienic mess that attracts pests and creates unbearable conditions for neighbouring residents. Despite multiple promises and legal obligations, AVJ Homes has ignored every request for action, showing no concern for property management, tenant responsibility, or basic hygiene standards. This agency's lack of professionalism, disregard for tenant obligations, and complete failure to enforce proper property standards make them one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with. If you are considering renting or dealing with them, think twice before trusting them with your property or tenancy. Their inaction speaks volumes about their priorities, and it is clear they have no respect for the well-being of residents. Absolutely would not recommend AVJ Homes to anyone looking for reliable property management.

GoogleSimply put it's like dealing with a child, they're happy to spam you with junk emails and personal emails several times a day, but rarely respond to actual contacts about the sale of a property or ever answer a question. I'd suggest using someone else entirely unless you want to spend a month getting a question answered and have your inbox filled with utter junk on a daily basis. Avoid! (Happy to provide email proof for this too, every correspondence saved, including the many for each basic question to be ignored and never answered)

GoogleDo not recommend this agency. Providing missleading information that is only getting revealad on a settlement day. Thay take this risk just for a sake of making sale happened which is undecent. But if you do wish to buy from them - demand documentation regarding factor fees, council tax and etc well before the settlemwnt day to avoid "surprises"

GoogleBuyers and owners beware I'm a teacher. I run my own business.i only mention for context. I just had a crazy conversation where I handed over very private financial details on myself and my family to a shaister who asked me for 6 months rent in advance! When I asked him if he was joking he didn't get in contact with me. Went to view one of their houses yesterday and it had a poor finish the door looked like it may have been kicked open and in the 5 minutes I spent there I counted 3 large spiders. House was nice but not finished properly. The agent wasn't expecting me even though I had been told to arrive at the set time. Veejay was rude and unprofessional and out for himself. I'd live in a box before renting from this company. Feel like I have dodged a bullet.

GoogleHighly discriminatory agent, based on some initial questions they ask , including nationality they then decide whether to ignore and block a viewing, as a white Glaswrgian I was ignored and they never replied to any emails or calls requesting a viewing even when the rent was reduced, I presume due to lack of interest from non-white Glaswegians ?

GoogleThis is the worst estate agent I ever seen in my life. They are worthless. giving one star is a lot for them. They made a house contract without check the condition of the property. The property had very old system, dirty, the garden was very messy and the garage was dirty and full with the landlord stuff. Even when they handed the key, They did not come to show me how the system is working. Thanks to the boiler engineer who has saved our life. He said that the boiler could explode any time. The estate agent is blaming the landlord. In my point of view what is their responsibility. I have other issues as well. I will introduce them to the Ombudsman or to NAEA. They know how to deal with them. When I entered the property I have talked to the landlord about problems in his property. Unfortunately he did not listen to us. The second time he said he will do something. It is almost one month, but I did not see any reaction. I have three kids and still don't have warm water in the property. In this case the landlord is responsible for providing safeties which he did and these were emailed to your before you took entry to the flat as per the legislation. If an issue arises after the inception of the lease the landlord deals with these directly with you. As for the remainder of the review the landlord is dealing with the day to day matters, we wish you all the success, if these issues continue, we suggest you speak to the first tier tribunal. GoogleI hoped to view a property that had gone live on the 28th of October. I was scheduled to view on the 5th of November. The Estate agent arranged an open viewing. When the estate agent arrived the agent could not access the property and refused entry. When attempting to reschedule the estate agent could only organise after sunset and informed me the electrics were not working and that i would have to view in the dark. The closing date is the following date with no further viewings. The estate agent attempted to pretend they were doing everything they could and it was myself being inflexible by not viewing the property in the dark. Dear Christopher, We thank for your review, in respect of viewing times, there was a malfunction with lock mechanism. Upon receipt of this information we contacted the seller and earliest the seller could deliver the keys was the next day and the time we suggested. From experience the seller did their best to fix the lock by contacting an emergency locksmith and having the keys available for the next day. As this property was refurbishment property we had already garnered 17 viewings on the day after the property was made live. In regards to the closing date as there were 7 notes of interest on the property, the seller decided to press ahead with the closing date. As this would have been unfair to the people who were interested. We did try everything you accommodate a viewing for you but you did not wish to view the property.
