We are buying our first home on the Greenlock Place development and Lewis has been amazing throughout the whole process so far. He is always willing to help, very friendly and very fast at responding to our questions and concerns. It never feels like we are asking too many questions and it feels like we’ve been involved and kept updated through every step. He has made the very stressful process as easy as possible for us.

We have recently purchased and moved into our potential forever home with Avant at Brompton Mews. After having a new build in the past with a different company, I was skeptical, but I had no reason to be.Right from the very beginning, our sales advisor Peter has been fantastic and still is. He goes above and beyond to assist in every aspect of our house buying journey from last minute changes to general concerns and enquires. No task seems to phase him and we are always greeted with a smile. I left the review for a short period after moving in to my new property to assess the standard of the aftercare, due to other reviews. I can say that even after the sale we are having a positive experience with Avant and hopefully it continues whilst we finalise our minor snags from an overall well built property.

Cannot fault the service that we received from Jaqueline and the site managers at Jackton Green. From inception to aftercare, they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and delivered a beautiful home for my family. Any small issue that we have had with the house has been fixed within a couple of days and all of the people have been very respectful of our home. We would highly recommend buying a home on this site as the homes have been built to a very high standard. We were moved in on the agreed date and we’re given a very detailed demonstration of the house. And have subsequently had very few snagging issues. Thanks to Jacqueline and Alex for making moving home so easy!

Abbey the young saleswoman at Greenwards Point Easingwold was excellent. She was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. We arrived at a very busy time this afternoon and Abbey juggled all four sets of customers calmly and efficiently. My friend was choosing between a two bed bungalow and a three bed house. Abbey gave her time to consider the descriptions. She didn't hurry my friend or push info on. Abbey waited to be asked anout the properties. I was very impressed.

reserved a new home through the part exchange scheme at Brecks Lane Park in August,moved in today,We cannot believe how smooth the whole operation went Jane the sales advisor kept us up to speed every week with the build progress and Lisa looked after the legal side co-ordinating with our solicitor,and the site manager Rob was very accommodating with allowing access to lay floors etc.prior to moving in.We cannot thank the whole team enough for making the process totally stress free.Would thoroughly recommend. ...Jane and Trevor

We had a drive out to another development to view some of the show houses that could potentially be the one we would like to purchase on another development we like (bishops quarter) . Sarah was really helpful in showing us the site map of bishops quarter , different show houses to view and making appointments to view other houses at other sites. She guided us through the whole process and kept us calm, answering our every need and making sure the move happened as smoothly as possible, given that we were a complex chain. She was honestly the loveliest person we could have hoped to have had on our side. Our house itself is beautiful and on a great plot. Reserved a plot on the Summerville Village development and due to move in this week. I originally dealt with Angela who was brilliant and helped me find the perfect plot. I now deal with Bella the sales advisor who has also been amazing throughout. Answered all my questions and has been supportive every step. Always super friendly and helpful during meetings and is always at the end of the phone when needed.I was also recommended to use their solicitors on their panel - Jackson’s law and I’m so glad I did! I know most people don’t usually have great things to say about their solicitors but I can’t fault them at all. Daniel especially has been a saviour. No question is too much hassle and he has reassured me through every step.As stressful as selling and buying a house is, Bella & Daniel have made it so much better and the added reassurance has really helped.Can’t wait to move into my new home hopefully this week!

We first met Jane at the Desborough site who was so friendly and helpful and kindly asked Caroline in Barton Seagrave to show us around two houses so we could see the layout of the homes. Caroline went above and beyond and stayed one hour and ten minutes past her closing time of 5pm. Incredible customer service and so friendly and helpful. We will be back to buy one of her houses all because of her incredible customer service. What an incredible asset she is to have working for your company.

We have just moved into our new property on Brecks Lane Park, Rotherham. Jane our sales advisor has been fantastic throughout the process from the first day we visited site. She has guided us through the process of buying our new home and kept us in the loop every step of the way with weekly build updates. Even now we are moved in she is still there for anything we need. Lisa has also been great, our new homes coordinator. We part exchanged our old property and honestly this took so much stress out of moving. Lisa was brilliant when coordinating with ourselves and the solicitors and we couldn’t believe how smoothly our exchange and house move went. Andy one of the site managers has also been great and completed a thorough demonstration of our house with us before we moved in. Anything we have needed sorting has been sorted quickly and attentively. Jade our customer liaison manager has also been brilliant. She arranged to visit this week to check how we were getting on in our new house. She is super friendly and helpful and is extremely knowledgeable on any questions we asked. Overall our experience has been excellent right from the start with the team at Brecks Lane Park and we are super happy with our lovely new home.

We have moved into draffen park. We have had a couple of issues like you would get with any new build. Lynne has been amazing. She has organised everything for us to be sorted so quick. She is honestly an asset to the company. We are also getting regular calls to make sure there is no other issues or anything that can be helped with. Moving in of course entails lots of boxes and rubbish and avant have put skips in our driveway for rubbish and took it away for us as well. It’s the small things that really make life that much easier. 100/10 would recommend an avant home. People are so quick to write bad experience reviews and you don’t get to see the good ones. But honestly this move and house has been life changing for us and we cannot thank avant enough for their help.

Avant homes and their staff have been absolutely amazing. Any issues are resolved very quickly and would like to mention Paul Anderson, who has been very crucial in completing some small issues. Everything has been completed and I am settled in my new home very well. Would recommend Avant to any contractor looking to contract building works especially for new homes. We are possibly not far ahead enough with our sale at this stage, but will keep in touch about other plots we looked at (Plot 242?) near the green space.
