GoogleI had Frances Blair and Christine Russell acting on my behalf for the sale and purchase of a property. Clear, honest and prompt communication throughout even when hiccups occurred due to other parties. A pleasure to deal with and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you both. Cheers, Dave.

YellNot very happy
Just received a letter from Archibald Sharp regarding my lawyer leaving practice. Been dumped by them & passed on to another company. Not impressed AT ALL. My business was originally passed on to them as my previous lawyer passed away. Left in a quandary now as I don’t know this new lawyer/company. My family’s business was passed to Archibald Sharp when previous lawyer passed away. Will look into obtaining a new one & moving ALL business to them! Really disappointed. Was upset at losing original lawyer (through ill heath) angry at being dumped by company!!

YellFab service!
Having recently used the services of Archibald Sharp and Son I can really recommend them. As the other comment says, the offices are really nicely done. The assistants are very helpful and the solicitors handled my case from start to finish without any problems. You get replies in a timely manner and no question goes unanswered. I've also learned quite a bit about the law myself just by talking to them as they were really good at explaining everything to me. Also (perhaps most importantly!) their fees were really reasonable for solicitors and much better than many other firms that I have used in the past. I would recommend them to anyone in Glasgow looking for a good solicitor.

FacebookMichelle Rankin at Archibald Sharp has handled the negotiation and lease of a Commercial property for my wife's business, the removal of my Mortgage from my Title deeds and helped us with potential property purchases to date. She is fast to respond, negotiates well on your behalf and charges a reasonable fee. She is also a nice person.

GoogleWe have used Archibald Sharp for a few house sales and purchases. They have been outstanding every time, extremely efficient communications, take actions on time, consultative and prompt and ensure everything is in hand in good time in order to be fully prepared for moving home. Will use again and highly recommend.

GoogleI suggest you use another legal firm, to many bad experiences with this crowd. I was never informed by them they had a conflict of interest while they acted for me and another party.

GoogleThis was the second time I instructed Archibald Sharp for my property, and the service was just as great as the first time round. The service Barbara Anderson provided me was absolutely first class! Very informative and professional. I highly recommend her.

GoogleI have been told that buying a property is stressful but with Michelle and Vicky it was anything but. I am a first time buyer and everything seemed so simple and safe in their hands. Would highly recommend!

FacebookWouldn't recommend this firm at all, mistake after mistake from Frances Blair and Co. Who leaves keys for a new property hidden under a garden wheelie bin and then goes on to say this is normal practice??! Go elsewhere with your money.

GoogleWorking with Michelle Rankine who was recommended by a friend. Saw a property Tuesday evening expressed interest at 9.30 wed morning, leaving the amount offered in Michelle's hands. By 12.30 I had secured the property, bang on the home …

FacebookSeamless, efficient, stress-free transaction from start to finish. My own schedule meant I wasn’t available during working hours but this had little to no effect on the service provided by this firm. Highly recommended.
