I made the decision after doing my research to use Angel Homes to sell my property, as Angel Homes were excellent in detailing properties & very competitively priced, my initial meeting with Claire left me with a very easy feeling, advising nothing would be too much trouble. I did not wish to be involved in viewings, this was taken on by Euan, who made everything go so smoothly, and, Euan was my contact on any issues and any updates, Euan kept me up to date with all info, very very knowledgeable about my property. We’ve have just bought our new home and sold our first flat through Angel homes and specifically dealt with Euan. From the first time we met Euan he was amazing listening to our likes and dislikes and what we were looking for, and with each property we visited his knowledge was in depth and extensive a proper master of his craft. When selling our property from sorting photos and the listing he kept us up to date and informed of every step and every bit in between, his phone was always on for any query or anything we weren’t sure of. I would 100 percent recommend Angel Homes! Being a property professional I understand how difficult this business can be, and to have a lettings company who are transparent, professional and up to date with the ever changing legislation is a must for any potential landlord. I would also without doubt recommend their insurance policy for rental income and legal protection. I have had to use it myself, and with Angel Homes guidance I had full peace of mind with rental money coming in. Don't be without it! From start to finish, Angel Homes in East Kilbride were absolutely amazing. I worked closely with Laura from our local branch to sell my in-laws home, whom after 42 years have decided to move down South to be closer to their grandchildren (and us of course). The level of professionalism and expediency of the service we received was impeccable. The whole team at Angel Homes were on hand, regardless of the time of day; to support in any queries, making bookings, talking us through the history of all the folks who came to view the house. Angel homes came highly recommended. I have honestly never dealt with a company so unhelpful in my life. The lack of communication is appalling. I am trying to let a property but I feel they have a personal issue with me or they are indirectly discriminating against me. I have to constantly send emails or call like I am bothering them. Not one person has replied even if they have no intention of letting a property to me. Communication would be nice. So unprofessional and so frustrating.

Do not touch this place they don't listen to anything you say it's all about what they want. This is not a review as I'm behind on rent as I'm all up to date it's about laura and her team being bullies especially Jeanette (manager) and David(inspector) former police officer and still thinks he is. They have been referred to the 1st tier on numerous occasions and this has been confirmed from other agencies on the street For your sanity stay clear this place won't be around much longer. I'm now in contact with the landlord direct to deal with them Terrible business UPDATE on this company If you find yourself having an issue and you need to use their emergency number be prepared to face a large bill Angel homes have no procedures in place to cover call out charges and repair costs so as a tenant you are expected to pay upfront and try to reclaim from them they then say they will contact the landlord to see what they want to do. If they didn't have a shop front they would be considered scammers Again avoid this place at all costs

My experience with Angel Homes has been nothing short of frustrating. Throughout my tenancy, they were highly inconsistent with inspections, often promising to come and then failing to show up or follow through on any maintenance issues. Worse yet, they never informed the landlord of these problems, leaving me stuck with unresolved issues for three years. Communication was a nightmare. I left countless voicemails and sent numerous emails, none of which were ever acknowledged. I had to constantly chase them for any sort of response, which is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating as a tenant. Towards the end of the tenancy, they asked me to organize an end-of-tenancy clean, which was costly and actually outside my obligations. Despite the fact that I had significantly improved the property and the landlord was happy, the estate agent is now exaggerating minor issues of wear and tear to withhold my deposit. In short, this agency has been unreliable, unhelpful, and unfair throughout my entire experience. I would strongly advise avoiding them at all costs if you're looking for a smooth, professional renting experience.
