A positive experience from start to finish during what has been a very stressful time. I couldn’t fault the team at Aberdein Consodine. At every step of the way I was treated with care and respect, receiving honest and sound advice and regular communications on progress. This was even more important during COVID-19 and quite frankly I couldn’t have made a better choice than choosing this organisation to sell my home. The team in Stirling were very helpful and efficient in dealing with the property sale. Initial contact to advert for sale happened very quickly. Nothing was undertaken without discussion, agreement and approval by me as client. Office staff are very friendly and efficient and also ensure that the client comes first. Absolutely brilliant service. Mortgage advisor Karen was superb, my personal circumstances didn't make finding me a mortgage easy but she did! Always in touch and kept me informed. Girls in Peterhead office fantastic aswell, I was selling aswell as buying so it was a bit difficult but they were really friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Certainly wouldn't go anywhere else if selling/buying again.
