GoogleYour site is not updated regularly enough and appears to be down a lot. It has been this week when I have tried to view it.
The site is updated daily for both sales and letting. And hasn’t been down this year yet (2023). We have 99% uptime on our website and maintenance is done out of hours. Hi David, thanks for the review. Unfortunately the let sign stays up until the tenant moves in. It’s best practice to continue to get customer contact incase it doesn’t work out with the pending tenant. When the tenant moves in, the sign is removed. In terms of attitude on the phone, I believe you were told that we had found a tenant for that property (which we had) and then we asked if you would like to be added to the list incase similar properties came available. The reality is that we can only move one tenant into each property, which does leave some disappointed parties.
