GoogleI honestly do not recommend and I will not use the services of the agency anymore

Hi Iza, unfortunately at a closing date only 1 person can get the property. We understand this is disappointing. We had several offers. I am very sorry that you are disappointed but this is what sellers pay is to do unfortunately. It is most likely the seller will leave us a 5 star review for the exceptional price we have achieved for the property. If you feel I haven’t covered anything in the response please feel free to contact me and discuss - Alex

Thank you for your review Michael. We are very grateful that you gave us the opportunity to sell you mothers house in the Farmington estate. It was also very good to meet up after the sale for coffee and to discuss other business. I’m sure we will keep in contact in the future. Thank you again from Alex, Chrissie and the team.

GoogleI was really impressed by the service received. I was regularly updated and our property was sold very quickly. Excellent value for money package which included lawyer fees.
Agent replied · 10 June 2024
Thanks for the review Jan, I knew the flat would sell quickly in that area - for us it was about getting as much as possible for you and making sure the sale went ahead. You were in the pilot scheme of our legal fees package and we have continued this as an option going ahead in 2018. Meaning everything is accounted for at the start. Thanks again for using us and please keep us in mind in the future. :-)
