GoogleWe sold our flat in Merchant City through The Estate Agency Company. They were highly professional and super efficient. They kept us proactively updated on progress with all interested buyers, they were really friendly and the ratio cost vs quality was very good . Lewis is a very nice person and always ready to help and react quickly. Highly recommendable.

Had a brilliant experience with this company including improved property photograph, and better market coverage via Zoopla and Rightmove. GoogleThe seller of our house still had a set of keys and i had to contact Lewis long after purchasing it to contact the seller which he did without hesitation. Keys were sent to me recorded delivery the day after contacting lewis. 100% would recommend.

GoogleI contacted The Estate Agency Company after receiving a poor service from a well known high street estate agent. The previous agent had only arranged one viewing in 3 weeks, hadn’t put up a sales board, took terrible photos and didn’t do a HD video. The Estate Agency Co gave me advice on dressing my property, planned the photos for a sunny day, instantly put a board up and did a high quality video. They reached out to their list of buyers and remarkably got me an offer on the property before the listing went live online. Within the first week of the property going online we had a high volume of viewings and went to closing date. I was kept up to date with everything that was happening without having to chase for updates. I can honestly say that using them to sell my property was the best decision, the service they give is highly professional and organised.

GoogleOne of the worst estate agency you can come across! As a buyer I phoned them up 5 times to ask if they have received my notice of interest. Every time i am told that someone will call you back. Asked 20 times if they have received any offers for the property, was told no offers at all. Total joke! No call back ever. As a seller or a buyer I would not go anywhere near them as they can't even do the minimum expected form a company. I would give them zero star if that was possible. I have had a chat with everyone who has answered the phone this week and no one has any recollection of you. I can't see any number that has dialled the incoming line on as many as five occasions without being returned on the phone system either. Are you sure you got the right agency?
