GoogleI have recently attempted to buy a property marketed by this company. The way, the company, and Lewis Murphy have conducted business and treated myself has been completely unethical and unprofessional. I had my offer accepted verbally yesterday morning with it also being submitted in writing by my solicitor. I have now been told today that they have now received and accepted another offer on the property. Because it was only a verbal acceptance I cannot do anything but this is simply not how you conduct business and the correct thing to do after accepting my offer would be to mark it under offer and not entertain any further offers for the property. The way I have been treated is terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am gutted and I hope that no-one else has to go through this experience.
