GoogleLewis was a pleasure to deal with in every respect. He sold the flat in two weeks, and estimated the selling price very accurately, and much higher than two big agencies I contacted, both of whom also demanded much higher fees. I warmly recommend Lewis for his effectiveness and his no-nonsense, honest approach.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you so much Einar - it was great working with you and I wont forget the view from that apartment in a hurry. Good luck with your move.

GoogleWant to thank Robert for all his hard work on the purchase of our property and especially with it being a move from England to Scotland which made it an extra stressful move. Having Robert on the end of the phone working on our behalf made our massive move that bit easier throughout the process. Massive thanks and wish you a Merry Xmas Derek & Joanne
Thanks for your great review and good luck in the new place. All the best

GoogleYou’ll struggle to find a better estate agent than Lewis! Murphy & Forrester were excellent in the process of selling our flat. Lewis looked after us and you couldn’t find a fault in his work. Took charge of the viewings and everything else to make things so easy for us, provided excellent photos/videos, kept us in the loop at all times, sound advice, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend if you want a professional and punctual estate agent… you’ll get the best results possible!

GoogleBuying a house is scary but this guy makes you relax. Everything went smooth as silk, keys pick up was easy. Unfortunately the seller left me a nasty surprise with a hidden leaky roof but Lewis done all he could to help me in this unfortunate situation. Even though he was not obligated he still tried to help. He’s one of the good guys.
Thanks for taking the time to review us. Good luck in the new house!

GoogleRobert was fantastic throughout the whole journey. In the property world where clear communication is unheard of, Robert shone through and got the job done. He made the home-buying process a breeze, despite advisors and solicitors letting us down at every step. In the future when we sell our property, Robert will be our first choice of agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleRobert was professional and very contactable throughout the whole process. My house sold at closing date within one week at a favourable price. Robert did all the viewings and was accommodating with days and times for both myself and the potential buyers which allowed lots of viewings in a short time period. Would recommend. Thanks Robert!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe Estate Agency Company was by far the cheapest offer on the market that we could find, a fixed rate cost for a fully managed service. The quality of service was fantastic - we could always get in touch with our dedicated agent, everything moved as quickly as it could have done, and we got our target sale price for our property.
Thanks for your kind words Suzanne!

GoogleWe have used the Estate Agency Co for various Sales of Property this year and always found them to have exceptional customer service and professionalism. The price paid was incredibly good value for money considering its a bespoke and personal service which larger national companies simply can not provide. Would not hesitate to use Lewis and the team again in futurePositiveQuality, Professionalism
