I recently did a remortgage with Kinga. She was fantastic! After having our first meeting, everything was well explained and Kinga managed to find me a better deal than I could find elsewhere! We had the mortgage offer out in less than a week! I highly recommend anyone looking to move, remortgage or if your a first time buyer to speak to Kinga at Allen and Harris.

Excellent customer service from every agent encountered via phone or email at Allen and Harris. Emma James was the most personable agent I have ever experienced on a first house viewing. She was warm, knowledgeable and expressed a genuine interest in my partner and I, and showed great compassion for the late vendor and her relatives. We also had a very informative experience when meeting with mortgage consultant, Emma Field. As first time buyers, we came away feeling more confident in what we could afford. Thank you to the team at Allen and Harris. With kind regards, Emma and Jonathan

Allen & Harris, Whitchurch gave us a swift, professional and easy house selling experience. I am absolutely delighted with the service I’ve received. They’ve been very quick, which was really important as my dream home was ready and waiting. From the moment A&H stepped through the front door they really gave me confidence that our home could sell and that it was something quite special. Their valuation was spot on, and it was really reassuring to have them at the end of the phone by text if needed. This personal service was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. The number of viewings secured in a fortnight was quite outstanding (over 20!). The team, especially Tilly, Charlotte and Craig, have been friendly and professional, even when it came to fussy things like shoe covers! I was updated throughout the process, a very different experience from my last move. I would never dream of going anywhere else and you shouldn’t either.

The service we have received from Craig and his team - Callum and Harry, has been second to none. They have been incredibly professional, and motivated in selling our home. Our house is now sold SSTC within a short timeframe. Their communication has been very good and I’ve felt that our house sale is in safe hands. A big thank you to all of you.

Exceptional customer service, Harry is a pleasure to deal with and always happy to help. Whenever we had to pop into branch there was always a cuppa waiting and all staff were friendly and polite. Harry helped us get a fantastic deal and a property we fell in love with. Thank you so much we would be more than happy to return when we need to.

Craig and his team worked very hard to sell our house with difficult market conditions. It was originally advertised with another agent but we failed to get many viewings, but after moving to Craig’s team we had a large number of viewings which eventually resulted in a sale. We were kept well informed throughout the process. Thanks for your efforts 👍

I have worked with the team at Allen and Harris, Whitchurch on several separate occasions. Each time, I have received a positive experience, which was reinforced by the Managers personal efforts to ensure 'the train stayed on the tracks'. Craig was a blessing during the transactions I have recently completed on over the past couple of years. Thanks Guys !

We bought our property through Allen & Harris and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had very tight and unrealistic timescales to complete (just six weeks) but Steve, Justin, and the entire team worked incredibly hard with both ourselves and the sellers to ensure that we completed in this timeframe. They really fought for us, going above and beyond, driving communication with all parties and ensuring that no stone was left unturned. We genuinely would not be living in our new home if it hadn't of been for their hard work, dedication, knowledge and perseverance. They also gave us a fantastic moving in box full of home furniture and appliance vouchers which have been put to great use. Thanks again team! I'd give them six stars if I could!
