Good afternoon Alan, We attended today further to being instructed by your landlord to manage your property last week. As you know, the inspection today was pre arranged with you (via a recorded telephone call) and was intended for us to obtain a clearer understanding of maintenance issues which you had reported to the previous managing agent. You reacted aggressively and threateningly to our (fully trained, 27 year old) agent when he attended, as you did not want him to take photographs of the property whilst inspecting and he was forced to leave the property. He call the police, as per our safety policy when anybody threatens a member of staff. Your behaviour today was appalling and we hold evidence of you threatening our agent including making threats against his two year old daughter. The evidence we hold will now be used as part of the package we take to court to end your tenancy. You may contact us via telephone or email for any further assistance. Do not attend our office, as your previous remarks have been noted, and police will be called if you attend in person. Rent North East
