The agents at Pattinson's have been so friendly during our search for a rental property. They have been accommodating and considerate of our circumstance, moving from Edinburgh to Newcastle. Which has made the process of finding a tenancy less stressful. I have kept in contact with one agent in particular, Jessica, who has been fab at keeping me updated with each property.

Unprofessional and rude when looking to book a viewing. Refused to allow me to make any viewings without consulting one of their financial advisors, and didn't care at all to talk to me after I refused to speak to their financial advisors.
Thank you for your feedback. It is company policy for all buyers to be financially verified prior to viewing a property, this is even more important at the moment as we are in a national lockdown and although house moves are still able to take place, we need to ensure that the buyers we are sending into peoples homes are in a position to proceed with a purchase. I assure you that all of the sellers of the properties you requested to view were advised of your viewing request and they made the decision to decline your viewings, which you have been advised of.

Tried to buy a property through Pattinsons a couple of years ago. They lied to my face and did their best to scam me at every opportunity. I won't go anywhere near them in the future.

We had a great experience with Pattinsons, they kept us up to date with regular phone calls to let us know how the purchase was progressing. The agent Dean who was dealing with our purchase was extremely helpful and we really appreciate the time he took to keep us up to date, and all the help he offered as well.

I am dealing with this company NOW, they are typical estate agents there purpose is only for themselves. DO not use them, we have been put under stress on how they preform. They dont reply give you the sales talk.

From start to finish the girls from the Blyth office were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, caring, understanding and overall had so much time for us. We sold our home with pattinsons and were looking to buy a house which was also through themselves, as a result we sold & bought in two days due to their client base. The only problem I would say is don’t use their recommended solicitors, which provide appalling service!!

Washington branch, I arranged for Carly to value my property, she was on time and very efficient and was a very polite and knowledgeable young lady. Within hours the advert had been sent for approval and was live the next day, and everytime I've emailed with query shes responded promptly.
