Spoke to someone called Chris Forgot about a appointment asked if I could be there in 10 minutes was rudely spoken to and then hung up on when asking to rearrange..... To be honest not all the staff are like that there but was disappointed

Excellent service from start to finish, Olivia who dealt with us mostly was lovely and very patient at answering any questions we had regarding our sale. Shaun who came round to take photos etc made us feel very at ease with the whole process. They managed to sell our property in just a few weeks!!! Amazing! Whilst the sale of my Father's property took a while to complete due to issues outside our control, I would like to thank Farrell Heyworth for their continued assistance and support throughout the process. The staff at the Southport Office are always very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. From the first viewing of my new house to getting the keys Russell showed an exceptional warm and friendly welcome which immediately made you feel at ease and less stressed. As I had never rented before Russell answered all my questions and guided me through all the stages.
