Great service and would highly recommend them. We listed with Emsleys in the start of the year when the market was challenging, they have use the most realistic valuation and timescales, which is why we chose them. Throughout the listing and sale process they were incredibly communicative, helpful and able to handle any enquiries, as well as help with chasing anything needed from our buyers and solicitors. Would highly recommend anyone using them in the area.

Emsleys have sold our house and it just so happened that they were also marketing the house we are hopefully shortly to purchase. Having viewed many houses and spoken to many agents, Emsleys have by far been the most pleasant and caring of all. I sold my house with Emsleys at Garforth and bought a property via Emsleys at Sherburn in Elmet. I would like to thank all of the staff at both offices for their professionalism, friendliness and courtesy. During my 5 months of contact with them they were always there for me and nothing was too much trouble. They always did what they said they would do and what I really noticed was that they were fast, efficient and always seemed to be aware of what was happening with my individual case.
