Emsleys we're totally professional from start to finish. Highly recommend. On our completion day sadly I received a phone call asking us both to get to the hospital as soon as possible as my dad didn't have long left. Fortunately we had just finished packing. Emma was so kind and came and collected the keys so we could rush to the hospital. Very grateful for her kindness that day.

Such a fab all round team! Helpful, knowledgeable, patient... we purchased from them originally in 2019... and now selling through them... it really helped as they knew the property and the hardwork we put into the renovation of it! We put our house online and within 2 hours we had 3 viewings booked, and sold for asking price within 3 days... which lead to us getting our dream family home!! Professional service from the Garforth team Very professional service from the Garforth office. Emna performed the Valuation and pictures, preparing a very good presentation of our home. She offered valuable advise both before we engaged Emsleys and after. 2 Viewings on day after we went live. Offer received the following day. Emsleys were not able to staff the viewings and I had to perform both. They had to do very little work to earn there fee. Lisa and Amber were available to answer queries through out the Sale process. There help was especially appreciated whilst we were in Canada and had to deal with specific buyer concerns. The ProoertyFile website portal to see Sales Progression is a good idea but let down by poor execution. Often updates would only occur on Seller side when we provided the office with an update. The Buyers Progression updates were even slower. The day before Completion, only 12 of 18 steps were showing as done. A knowledgeable, professional and friendly Garforth team helped our house sale progress with few issues. Recommended.

Had a valuation only with Emsleys - professional and courteous with lots of information offered and others are positive about their sale management team. However, our home was significantly undervalued compared to other estate agents in the area, with a "deal" that would half fees if house hadn't sold at listed price in 8 (I think) weeks. Within two weeks of listing with another estate agent, we had an offer at full asking price, which was £40k more than what Emsleys had suggested and went on to sell for £30k higher than Emsleys suggested value. It very much suggested to me that it was an undervalue to get a quick sale fee. A little bit disappointed in being lowballed.
