GoogleSharon Eagan is one of the most helpful agents in her field! You can rest assured that should any "hiccups" arise, she will handle everything with efficiency, courtesy and the highest level of professionalism. She was working on behalf of my son, who has special needs, and we simply couldn't have asked for better. Would we recommend her to our friends and associates? YES, without any reservations whatsoever! She's a credit to her profession! Thank you Sharon! We'll be in touch!

GoogleI recently bought a house through Sherry Fitzgearld Galway. I have to rate them very highly. They were super helpful and great to deal with, both on the phone to the office and when you called in the service was 100% by each member of staff we met. We were buying and trying to get in before Christmas and the vendor is living in the USA so time zones would not have helped. We were dealing with Sharon Egan in there and she went above and beyond for us. I was getting calls, emails and text out of hours and every single thing I asked for was followed up quickly and efficiently. From viewing to offering to getting in took 7 weeks which is super fast. Without the professional help from Sharon and the team it would never have happened before Christmas. We are very thankful.

Will not consider them in the future.

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Sherry Fitzgerald in Galway and had a very positive experience. Working initially with Lorraine and then Tony both were highly professional and helpful, had a strong understanding of the local market and were a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone selling a property in the area.

TrustpilotResidential House Sale
Ed Reilly came to value our home in anticipation of us going to market. After our first meeting with Ed it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current market so we did not hesitate to appoint him which transpired to be a great decision. Not all sales go smoothly , however with a calm and problem solving approach the sale was completed. Ed was fantasic to deal with , always promptly returning my calls and handing any issues with the utmost professionalism as did his team in the office. For any future purchases or sales we may endeavour on within Eds scope area there would be no one else we would choose.

TrustpilotUnprofessional - never stick to commitment
I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.
