I can say the girls were pleasant to deal with and always answered an email. Sometimes hard to get on the office phone. Selling my home from Australia was always going to be difficult and it took almost a year. What I felt let down with was the fact that I had to get my father to travel over 30 miles to let potential buyers view the house at weekends and evenings as the agent won’t do weekends, that I would say would be the most popular times for people who actually work. I had feedback from one viewer privately and I was not impressed with the agent. The house is sold now thankfully and the hassle is gone

Great service from Gillian and the team, she took great pictures to market the property and advised on anything we were unsure of through the selling process. Sold our property quickly. Everything went smoothly with key exchange etc too. We did however have a few viewers who said it took them a long time to get through to office to arrange a viewing, ultimately it didn't affect us selling though. Would highly recommend as we also arranged and viewed properties through them, when looking to buy, without problem.

I would highly recommend Gillian and her team. From start to finish they were very professional. Gemma was great a getting viewers booked in at convenient times and keeping us up to date with feedback. Our house sold very quickly - on the market on Tuesday and sold by the Thursday. Our property was advertised on property websites and shared on social media giving it the best chance to be viewed by highest volume people. Thanks for the great service you provided myself and Jai -I wouldn't hesitate to use Greig Residential in the future.

Gillian and her team are absolutely fantastic at what they do. They are very professional and brilliant with communication and kept us fully updated throughout the whole process.Gillian came to see us on the Wednesday and the house was on the market by Friday. Not only that, we also had 10 viewers straight away and a closing date set and sale within a week!! Couldn't have asked for more.Unfortunately the sale fell through 6 weeks later. Greig Residential had the house back on the market the day we found out. Lots of viewers again and was sold within 2 weeks! Superb level of service and would advise anyone who is looking to sell to use Greig Residential. Was an absolute pleasure!!

If you're looking to sell your house then you need to use Greig Residential, I can't recommend them highly enough. I've used Estate agents in the past but to be honest I felt they tell you what you want to hear just so they can get you on their books. Gillian was different no hard sell just honest and plain talking and I could tell straight away she knew her stuff. She was a breath of fresh air as are the girls in the office, who were also fantastic and I felt their personal service left me feeling like mine was the only house they were selling. The photos Gillian took of my house were amazing and my house SOLD IN 6 DAYS�. Very pleased customers xxxx

I would definitely recommend greig residential to anyone looking to sell their property. From start to finish we got a very professional service at a very reasonable price! Gillian and her team are fantastic at what they do. This was the second time using Greig Residential and they sold my house in 3 days! They also helped me find my new home and kept in touch frequently. The whole process was easy and as stress free as it could have been.
