GoogleWe used Greg’s Residential to sell a property in Kilmarnock and given we live 250 miles away wondered how smooth a process this would be. We need not have worried as the whole process from start to finish couldn’t have gone better. We just handed over the keys and they took care of everything. Their recommendations for Home Report and Solicitors were also very welcome and again these ran smoothly. The house sold very quickly and for more than we expected so thank you to all at Greg Residential. I highly recommend them.

Lots of great advice and no pushy sales pitches. As soon as we were ready to sell our own place, we didn't hesitate to also use them for this too. So we bought and sold via them. The girls went out their way to do what they could for us and the communication was great throughout. We were so happy with the result we got for our home that I returned to sell a property as an Executor - and I was 8 months pregnant - the team were so incredibly helpful and did everything they could to make it as easy as possible for myself and my family at a very difficult time. Special mention to Kerys for facilitating our second and third viewing. This was out third time using Greig Residential and we wouldnt consider using anyone else. GoogleMy second time working with the team at Greig Residential. Can't fault them, excellent communication throughout, kept up to date daily re viewings and there were plenty of them! My house sold in a few days of going on the market which was great. I've been with other agencies for previous sales and sat on the market for months and months, changed to Greig Res and boom, loads of viewings and the house sold very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency if you're thinking of selling don't bother with the rest, just go directly to the best. Well done ladies, you're all fantastic! Jx

FacebookCan’t recommend Greig Residential enough. We knew from the start when we had to sell our house that we would only go with them after seeing all the other houses they sold.Gillian was round quick as a flash to take photos and run us over what was going to be done to sell up. Photos came out great and we were lucky to sell the house in 2 days (it would have been a lot quicker if we weren’t on holiday at the time!) Erin who was dealing with the house viewings was brilliant in keeping us up to date with all the times everyone was arriving at and was always quick to answer my emails.
