FacebookI can say the girls were pleasant to deal with and always answered an email. Sometimes hard to get on the office phone. Selling my home from Australia was always going to be difficult and it took almost a year. What I felt let down with was the fact that I had to get my father to travel over 30 miles to let potential buyers view the house at weekends and evenings as the agent won’t do weekends, that I would say would be the most popular times for people who actually work. I had feedback from one viewer privately and I was not impressed with the agent. The house is sold now thankfully and the hassle is gone

We did however have a few viewers who said it took them a long time to get through to office to arrange a viewing, ultimately it didn't affect us selling though.
