The Storage Team Limited reviews

I’ve had an office (craft teaching studio!) at the Gainsborough Storage Team for almost a year now and it’s perfect, so much so that I’ve signed for another year already. The facilities are brilliant and the staff are so amazingly obliging. Mollie and Chloe are the nicest people to work with and are an asset to the Storage Team company. I can’t praise them enough.

Dissapointed!

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.

An easy to manage storage solution

An easy to manage storage solution. I really liked the fact that you can downsize your unit space as you downsize your stuff. The office staff are really helpful during the day and respond promptly to emails. Having 24 hour access is great and an onsite kitchen area to make a brew is a very welcome addition.
