Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood Road, Leeds. They could not have been more helpful. Showed me round the units so I could see the size I needed and explained the booking process clearly. Ideal location for my son's belongings during the university summer break. Very reasonable pricing and lots of extra storage equipment (boxes, bags, tape, etc) if you need them. Will definitely be back next summer.

It's a great place to run a business from with dedicated areas to collect / send parcels. I would highly recommend to anyone who has a small business that wants to grow into a bigger space.

GoogleI called in this weekend for a look at storage. From a former professional cleaner, this company sets a new standard. Everything was immaculate. The building is far bigger than I expected so cudos to the staff for staying on top of it all! The young lady who showed me around was great at explaining everything to me. GoogleGreat company to deal with. Very friendly and professional staff. Competitively priced units. Had 2 units initially as a temporary measure following a house move. Have decided to keep one on as a cost effective way of storing non every day items. Very happy to recommend their services.

The team were really helpful, I needed a storage unit last minute and they went out of their way to show me a video of the unit and how to easily access it. They got me registered and with a unit within minutes. Once there, I got into the unit with no issues and I’m happy with how secure they keep it

GoogleUsed this storage for over a year and a half. Absolutely fantastic. - The loveliest staff, fantastic to deal with any queries. - Easy access, everything can be done on your phone. - Easy to upgrade/downgrade size. - No contract, easy to cancel if you are only needing temporary storage. - Climatised storage, cool in summer and warm in winter. Just two things to add that I wasn't aware of before joining - Some storages have a plug socket. You can pay for a plug socket to be installed in your container if you don't have one and want one. - If the light goes green and you can't open your container, it is because the battery is low (this only happened once in 1y 5months with 2 times a day everyday usage). The staff replaced this immediately upon request.

We have just taken 2 large units at the Winsford branch and the support in getting set up through to any help needed at any time has been outstanding. The facility is fairly new, kept spotlessly clean and has great amenities to support businesses and staff. A bright and vibrant unit with amazing staff to work with.
