I could not have been more pleased with the professional yet friendly service I received from Auction House. There will always be problems with selling a house, and this house had more than it's fair share of problems and hiccups, but Auction House 'held my hand' throughout. I sold my family home this year that has been in the family for generations. It was a difficult decision however I felt completely at ease with the whole process with auction house Glasgow. Ross McGinley arrived at the property explained the process, was absolutely fantastic. He was exactly the type of person the family needed when handing over the property after all of those years. I don’t have a bad word to say about the service. When offers came through for the property, the negotiators which I believe there is two (George and Nicola) - both were very helpful in going over the offers received and again made the whole process feel a lot lighter. Auction Experience

In March 2024 I decided to sell a commercial property by Auction. Having never sold a property by Auction previously I decided to obtain three valuations from three South Wales based property Auction Houses.During the process two of them came across very poorly indeed in fact one company valued it at 170k less than we opted for as a reserve and the other valued it less than 90k.From the minute I met Marc Moorish from AHW it was evident that he knew the industry inside out and was vastly experienced which gave us immense confidence.After engaging the services of AHW it was a very smooth and faultless experience. Communication from Marc and Lesley in the office was outstanding at all times.On 1st May 2024 the property was sold for 64k over the reserve price which was a fantastic result.I would highly recommend AHW the whole process was a very positive experience.One other bonus is that all the other Auction Houses in South Wales charge 2% commission whist AHW only charge 1%.

Mark Willett, the area Manager, was extremely helpful when we came to sell a holiday property that had been in the family for over 50 years. He took care in publicising the property and describing it accurately. The auction went splendidly, the auctioneer pressing for high and higher bids, and we were very pleased with the amount raised when the hammer went down.
