GoogleWhere to start ... Do NOT go anywhere else to sell your property. Everything about this estate agents was top drawer. Prompt, courteous, professional, genuine, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Really, I could go on but they were faultless. The branch manager Chris was superb and his knowledge of the market was excellent. He was patient, honest and thorough and although he told us about the talented photographer they used we were blown away by the quality of their sales package for our property. Each member of the team I spoke with had great communication skills and nothing was too much trouble. In the interest of balance I was trying to think of something they could of done better, but I can't. I have been lucky enough to now find a property through FH and Taylor who is now dealing with our sale has already got things through very promptly and has advised us of the next steps straight away. GoogleI knew a little about Farrell Heyworth and their reputation before approaching them to sell my property in Fulwood. Business is about people - I was introduced to Natalie at the very beginning of the process and she has been absolutely superb throughout the whole experience. For personal reasons, I had to withdraw my property from the market for a short period, which obviously complicated matters, but Natalie took it all within her stride and introduced a new buyer almost as soon as the property was put back on the market. Communication throughout has been excellent and it was reassuring to know that whatever developments took place, Natalie was always totally on top of the situation - it was almost as if she became my temporary Personal Assistant, not only during the viewing/sales phase but in following up all subsequent enquiries until contracts were exchanged. She was totally 'on my wavelength' throughout the process and I had absolute confidence that she understood my needs and that she would deal professionally with whatever might arise whilst the property was on the market. Moving house is traditionally a very stressful process, but Natalie's friendliness, communication skills, flexibility and reliability made the whole selling experience so much more relaxed.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMy experience with Farrell and Heyworth Fulwood has been brilliant, i dealt with Tom and he has been helpful through the whole process of purchasing a property, from the start where he gave me ideas and picked several houses for me to view after sitting down and listening to my budget, requirements and wishes from a house. He was very friendly and i could contact him anytime even if it was out of working hours. Tom wasn’t pushy towards a sale or pressuring at all, he let me decide for myself and due to this i would recommend him to anyone purchasing a house and go to him again in the future. Overall i was very pleased with the experience and advise anyone who is interested in purchasing a house to use Tom or in fact anyone from Farrel and Heyworth Fulwood as they all made you feel welcome and made the whole experience of buying a house an absolute delight.
