GoogleWe recently purchased a BTL property in Kendal using the services of THW. Many properties were viewed until we found one that suited our needs. At all times the staff were efficient and helpful and above all patient. Joanne dealt with our purchase keeping us informed of progress at all times and oiling the bureaucratic wheels. Claire, who looks after THW huge letting portfolio, was willing to share her experiences with us and advised about refurbishment necessities. Angela, who runs the show, has an in depth knowledge of properties and the property market. When we purchase our next BTL, THW will be the first Estate Agents to visit. Neil Connor

GoogleHaving tried to sell through a difficult period and 3 chains collapsing, we then decided to rent our house through THW. We have been so supported by Joanne Nelson on the sales side and Clare Hoban on the rental side of this company. They have held our hands throughout the highs and lows. GoogleNeil Beglin provided me with really useful advice on preparing my home for sale. He was easy to contact and kept me updated throughout the process. I haven't sold a house for more than 3 decades so needed a lot of information. He also pulled together summary info for places I was looking to buy. Really couldn't think of how he could have been professional and helpful. Really confident I received the best price for my home and the best service service.
