GoogleKatie at Aspire Fulham had been amazing since the start. She listened to me and showed me a property I would have dismissed initially but fell in love with it. She supported my offer and dealt as a great intermediary with some of the legal issue. From offer to exchange in 7 weeks had been amazing

GoogleExactly what an estate agent should be - efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Rachel organised the viewings of my property in an extremely proficient manner, in accordance with the guidelines during the pandemic, and they ran smoothly. She is always positive and friendly and instils confidence that I am in good hands. Throughout the process Rachel keeps me informed of progress of my sale and is ready to resolve any issues without delay, she is a credit to the company.

We requested to view property a few times after our offer was accepted due to workmen viewing what needing doing and on each occasion the estate agent was willing to arrange visits. I felt comfortable contacting the agent and received call back when promised.
