We bought our first house with Tony, best experience from all the agents that showed us a house. Not pushing us to rush the decision, answered any questions, always available and above all very friendly. A real family owned business that makes it feel easy and comfortable. A fresh breath of air in a polluted market of estate agents. I can't recommend them enough above all others. They made what could have been a stressful process much easier. Cambridge agents charge more and you will not get the same service and attention. We will definitely use Tony and Maria again. We had a viewing booked for a property in Haverhill. We arrived early (after driving 40 minutes ourselves) to see what the street was like. The listing stated it had one parking space, which the estate agent was parked in. We called and realised that this would be a considerable problem for us as the on street parking was very full with other cars. We called the estate agent and informed them that this would be a problem as we have 2 cars and thought that this might not be the property for us. Rather than trying to sell us on the property or being understanding in anyway. The women who answered the phone scoffed at us and continued to be EXTREMELY rude. I understand the inconvenience we may have caused, however this is no way to sell a property and gain new clients. She suggested we “actually read the listings” and continued to scoff at us. It was so appalling and a real shame as I’m hoping this behaviour would not be carried out by the whole team.
