TrustpilotAllen & Harris Albany Road- rubbish
Allen & Harris Albany Road, cant valuate houses. Most lower priced houses all Standard £160,000 despite condition of property. Not good if your selling immaculate house, and same price as one that needs totally renovating in same/similar area. Insulting to selkers of nice properties

TrustpilotAwful state agents
Awful state agents. They are so greedy and racist. They never gave back our deposit fee.

GoogleI had to give one star because you can't give any less. Utterly dreadful experience dealing with these people from start to finish. Especially the lettings manager Kate Shipp. Arrogant, rude, and unpleasant. If you have a barge pole, don't go near them with it.

GoogleReally found Allen and Harris very professional and responsive - feel still they have high customer consideration, sadly lacking in other agents. Grace Crook in Frome branch is an excellent communicatorPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Rented a flat last year with my girlfriend. Very unprofessional company. Neale prentice kept leering at my girlfriend. She was very uneasy. About this. And would never use Allen and Harris. Ever. Avoid at all costs. .

GoogleI used Keleigh Pitcher, now based at the Frome branch, as my mortgage advisor. She was very helpful and professional throughout. She offered sound advice without being pushy, and chased solicitors for purchase and sale when they were being slow. Highly recommended.

GoogleI thoroughly recommend the lettings team of Allen and Harris in Frome. Chaz Barnes has managed my two properties for a number of years and I've always found him to be quick and efficient when dealing with any issues.

Terrible experience buying and selling a property.Unwilling to help with problems, once you've signed the contract with them they couldn't care about you, they just want it done as quickly as possible.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
