I booked a viewing of a property at Auchinleck, East Ayrshire at 2pm on Wednesday 9th February. Estate agent appeared five minutes late with the wrong keys; access to the property was not possible. The person blamed a colleague for giving her the wrong keys. Performance of Allen and Harris deemed unprofessional. One star rating not deserved.

GoogleWhat can I say about keleigh pitcher, well I would highly recommend her services. Me and my husband had been trying to sort a mortgage out for 6 months due to us being self employed it was getting impossible and so keleigh was our last hope. Not only did she get us a mortgage but a very good one at that. We can't thank you enough!

GoogleMy partner and I used sequence to apply for our first time mortgage, the advisor was amazing, always there to answer any questions or worries we had and help is find the best mortgage for us. Kept us updated on a regular basis and made sure we understood everything going on at all times! Would definately recommend and will definately go back when we remortgage.

I made a offer and it was accepted by the Agency in Southmead but after few days they say they Received another offer and my offer is invalid and they known the Rules and according to them the Buyer (myself)is not a Costumer for them Very very bad Costumer service Stay away from this Company for buying or for selling

GoogleThis letting agent is absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Once they have your money it is impossible to contact them, problem with property, return of deposit. Terrible.

Terrible company, refusing to organise viewings because we refuse to register with full details, no estate agent is a member of any professional governing body, so why trust them with your personal data, i asked them to sign an NDA agreement, they refused to sign, knowing this, i now know they would sell and abuse my personal infromation, Avoid!!

GoogleThe lettings team have been absolutely magnificent. Efficient, speedy and reliable. Everything explained clearly . At a time that could have been so stressful, including making provision for Covid rules, they worked magic, finding a tenant and co-ordinating agencies to set everything up. We are so grateful for their expertise and kindness.

Is the worst experience ever , bad communication, manipulation, on the advertising was a no chain , after signing the contract and paying servy, lower ecc, I been told chain on hold , called 100 times no answer back , not at all serious, deserve minus star , avoid if you can ,con agency

She has been exceptionally helpful during the whole process, very quick to reply to emails and happy to help with any queries where possible. Allen and harris overall, when Sarah wasn't available, have also been very helpful. Highly recommend the company.
