Sheen's Frinton. I have had the best service ever from a letting agent. Joanna North organised everything and my property was let out to a great tenant, with all the relevant checks made, full inventory and handling of viewings. It was managed so quickly that I did not have any downtime so haven't incurred a loss of earnings. Would definitely recommend.

The team at the Frinton office went above and beyond during my recent house sale. It was in difficult times when everyone was rushing for the stamp duty holiday deadline. They were always courteous and helpful on the phone, tirelessly chasing buyers solicitors and keeping me updated every step of the way. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

after a really bad service from a previous agent. (only 6 views in five months. we changed to Sheens Estate Agents and sold in three weeks. brilliant service by a local agent. we would recommend the agents to any one local. all employees and the boss are well versed in their roles. and are always friendly and do any thing they can to help.

GoogleWe were very impressed with these agents. Although they were acting on our sellers behalf they were excellent at keeping us informed of the stages of the chain. We dealt mainly with James who was extremely helpful, courteous and happy to answer any questions that arose. If we were ever to need an agent in Frinton we would have no hesitation in using these agents.

We totally recommend using Sheens Estate Agents. Apart from the fact that they found us a buyer within days of us registering with them, they were great with communication, friendly and extremely professional all the way through the process. Trying to sell whilst living abroad isn't usually easy, but Sheens made it straightforward and stress-free. We are so glad that we chose them.

I would never use anyone else to sell my house with. I've used them on a couple of occasions and have also recommended them to others when they have used other sellers and have been unable to sell, once they've moved over to Sheens they've sold really quickly!!They've always been friendly, reliable and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
