GoogleAmazing quality of service. We were delighted by the care and consideration shown to my 80-something mother-in-law at a time when TLC made all the difference. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with the help of Adam at Moving Places and I couldn’t recommend him enough. From our initial valuation through to completion, Adam always gave us 110% and went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I was so worried that selling a house would be stressful but Adam made the whole process run smoothly and was always able to help us with our countless questions. Thank you Adam and Moving Places!

GoogleMoving places were very helpful helped us pack and dismantle beds. Don't know what we would have done without them. Nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleWhat can I say!!! Adam is Awesome! From the first contact I had with Adam, I knew he had the skills, motivation, dedication and absolute belief that he could sell my property. After a few months on the market with an agent that wasn't working either for me or with me, finally....... Moving places crossed my path and it was a breath of fresh air. Adam combined professionalism with a huge amount of natural charm and personality, the combination is certainly a winning one when both selling a house and the interaction during the conveyancing process, he ensured it was stress free. Adam would deal with any queries expertly and promptly which made everything run smoothly from start to finish. The stand out element for me was the promise to put in 100% effort to sell my house and he did this within 3 weeks, which was fantastic. I can't praise Adam enough and I can assure you, he will go above and beyond to encourage viewings and ultimately sell your home. The rapport he builds with both his clients and potential house viewers is second to none. I give 10+ stars to Adam and all the team at Moving Places.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with this estate agent in 2020 and 2021. Peter Gibson is the Director of the company, and looked after our file from day one. He sold our house twice in that time! This company is the best I have ever dealt with, we buy and sell houses, so have dealt with many estate agents over the years, many great ones, but these are head and shoulders above the rest. Personable, reliable, trustworthy, hardworking professional people who get the job done. Thank you Peter.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI just wanted to say a big thank you to the removals team at My Moving Places in Frinton-on-Sea. Not only did they work tirelessly on the day of our recent move but then came back a few days later to perform an outstanding feat with a house clearance of the many items we decided not to take with us. Top marks to all of the team!

GoogleI have been dealing with Kat at moving places over the past year while selling multiple properties in Hatfield. From the first day I met Kat she has been professional and honest. Kat always told me the way it was and not what I wanted to hear. I have also spoken to Kat on her mobile on her days off, Sundays and evenings etc whenever there has been a problem and Kat has taken time away from her personal life to get the problem sorted. Kat Ioannou is a credit to any business and will 100% be my first call when I look to buy or sell again. 👍 I highly recommend Moving Places and especially Kat.

GoogleThis is a first class estate agent. We worked with Rob Ellen, who sold us a house in Frinton in September 2016. It was a complex sale, and took a lot of time,. Rob was fabulously professional and helpful colleague to deal with. In my experience of the property world, Rob has been the most impressive individual I have worked with. He was constantly in touch with us during the year in which we were looking for the right property. He understood what we were looking for, because he listened to us. He never suggested that we look at something that did not fit our specification (other agents did I am afraid). But crucially, when it came to ‘doing the deal’, he handled it with quite extraordinary skill. It was not at all straightforward and so he and I had dozens of phone calls and email exchanges. He always did what he said he would do, and without fail rang back exactly when he said he would. I am not in the habit of writing reviews like this, but I am doing it in this case because I was incredibly impressed with the service we got from Moving Places in Frinton, and from Rob in particular. We could not have had better support and service from an estate agent, and I would honestly recommend anyone looking for a good agent to work with Rob and Moving Places

GoogleWe have just moved into our new home and had a nightmare completion date, with no one seemingly to know what was going on. However Danny and the team at Moving Places were brilliant and went above and beyond to get issues sorted, even though it had nothing to do with them. Can't thank them enough, I'm sure we would have be homeless without them!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleMany thanks to Danny and Peter for assisting us in selling our house. They were there for us every step of the way. We would highly recommend this as the one and only estate agent to use in Frinton.

GoogleAfter awful experiences with 2 local estate agents, My Moving Places sold my property quickly and efficiently - From registering it with them to completion within a month. I had health issues at the time and they dealt with absolutely everything possible for me. When I recommended them on the local Facebook page, it appears that everyone else in local area also recommends them. What more can I say? Thank you so much ☺️
