Fabulous as Always.I have used Michael Usher's tenant finder service for nearly 10 years and they have never failed to impress. They have found me a new tenant in less than a week, avoiding an empty flat and lost revenue. The service is friendly and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mike during our purchase of a property, and I have to say the level of service was fantastic, tbh, putting the estate agency we were actually paying for the sale of our property to shame.He kept us up to date on every step of the move, chasing solicitors when necessary to get things moving.This made a huge difference to our move, and his manner throughout was exemplary, a credit to the agency.Definitely will highly recommend to anyone that is looking to move in the local area.

I recently move in a new property, and I have to say that so far, the experience with May and Paul have been very good, professional. Most exchange by email are sorted within 48 hours and they deliver on their promises. Collecting the keys were easy and I was welcome by other friendly staff. I only wish they were not using goodlord has the process with them was more challenging.

For years we used a large company as our agent for our house rental and experienced really poor service. We changed to MU and it was like night and day. Service is outstanding and communication is great. They are very responsive to us and our tenants.Much more of a personal touch than we had seen with the previous agent and their prices are reasonable as well.The communication is a key point for us as we live in America so we rely totally on our agent and we feel confident that MU will take good care of us

Very very happy with what this company has done for me so far. I have used a number of agents locally in the past and felt let down following the initial few months of reasonable service. Moving over to Michael Ushers also prompted me to review my mortgage situation which I probably would not have done otherwise. This has put me in a far better financial position overall not even taking in to account the saving I made on my property management fees.
