As a property lawyer it is such a breath of fresh air to meet an agent that wants to make your life so much easier, but Mike was absolutely brilliant and without a doubt helped me secure a far earlier exchange and completion for my clients than would have been possible with a less experienced and client focused agent. Needed to sell my Mum's house. Talked to a number of estate agents but Mike Lloyd came across as the most credible. I said to Mike at the start that this was a results-driven business and Mike and his team delivered results in spades. Quick, no hassle sale at a fair price; what more could you ask for. The team were always extremely helpful when dealing with any aspect of the sale. Absolutely recommend without hesitation.

Lisa, Alessia, Karen, and Steph are true professionals who supported us every step of the way. Purchasing our property was a bumpy ride to say the least, but the team at MU were always there to guide us, answer our questions, and help us navigate a very stressful process. #1 Michael Usher for all your property needs.We arrived in the UK at 8months ago, spent two months in an Airbnb. We struggled to secure permanent housing and registered on all websites. We were basically homeless.One day May from Michael Usher called me and asked me to come and view a property with her. Turns out the property was a perfect new home for my family. We proceed with the contract and I personally got to meet everyone at the office. At Micheal Usher, they find your perfect fit and provide wonderful after care support and service to any problems which may arise. Eliane has been wonderful, looking after all the general issues that arise with any home. I would definitely say, that with Michael Usher you can not go wrong.Now we look forward to buying our very own home in thr future with them. Do not hesitate, give them a call if you are looking for a rental, buying a house or selling a property and they will take care of you.

We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Mike Lloyd, Gary and Sam in selling our house in Frimley.They came to the rescue after we had a dreadful experience with their competitors on Frimley High Street (Vickery) who had significantly overvalued our home and had locked us in for 20 weeks!Mike gave us really insightful advice throughout our sale process and worked relentlessly to secure us a successful sale.Gary and Sam were always enthusiastic and professional when accompanying viewings, and always gave us constructive feedback afterwards.Mike negotiated an acceptable offer from our buyers which enabled us to secure our dream home and we were delighted to move in November.If you’re looking to sell your house in the Frimley/ Camberley area don’t use anyone else- I can’t recommend Michael Usher enough.

Mike was brilliant! I cannot recommend enough. In theory this was a straightforward sale ( probate). However Mike’s calm experienced manner made sure the sale continued with a buyer who required a lot of navigation.Sometimes estate agents back off once the property is under offer but Mike saw things through to the end and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Mike’s experience shines through and it was a pleasure to work with him and the wider team

The lettings business is thoroughly covered by Paul and his team and they have provided a managed service on my behalf for 4 years while I was living overseas and in the UK. I can highly recommend Mike Lloyd and the team at MU sales and Lettings. We were selling my late mother's property so it was not an easy situation but he got us 6 offers on the first day of viewing at full asking price and more. He did his utmost to keep us updated on the progress from our buyer's side even though he was dealing with an extremely unco-operative solicitor. He understood our situation and treated us with respect and sympathy. You'll be in good hands.

The lettings team are always extremely helpful and have found me tenants quickly on the occasions I have need to use them. Everything is taken care of efficiently and they are always on hand to answer any queries. Would always go back to them when a property is ready to re-let.

GoogleHighly recommend MU for house sales. We went to market with them at the start of this year having found them the most friendly and honest agents to deal with. As teachers it can be tricky for myself and my husband to pick up calls during the daytime, but this was no trouble at all for Mike who would always keep us in the loop via email (far more convenient!) Ben did a great job with all the viewings and the team secured us a buyer in about 6 weeks. Unfortunately (through no fault of the agent) we lost that buyer due to Covid-19 and the changing economic situation that came with it. Mike was quick off the mark to arrange new viewings as soon as estate agents were allowed to re-open. We were then put under pressure to take on dual agency by sellers of a property we did not want to lose and despite the other agent then finding us a buyer, Mike and his team continued to provide us with honest and objective advice. MU was an absolute pleasure to work with and would therefore highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
