Contacted Michael Usher property management in desperation when Prospect property management failed to respond to their EMERGENCY contact telephone number during the Christmas break when our boiler failed. Would like to say thank you so much to May Gazala for all her help. She was kind, professional and was able to alert our landlord to the urgent situation in this rental property. Without her help, we would have got nowhere until 4th Jan and be forced to wait 6 days without a boiler as Prospect's view was no heating/no hot water during -3 was NOT urgent. I think I called just as the office was closing, so again May went "above and beyond" her role and we are very grateful. Letting with Michael Ushers

From the very first conversation Paul at Ushers was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the different options and gave me a clear idea of the costs etc. I instructed him to let out my property and had a tenant very quickly. Ushers continually checked my property was being looked after and rent was always sent to me on time. I chose the managed option which gave me peace of mind that any problems were dealt with quickly. All the staff are very helpful, great customer service. I would recommend them 100%.

After just completing on our forever home, I wanted to say a massive thank you to Mike and the team at MU. From start to finish they were absolutely amazing. Their professional, straight talking and no nonsense approach helped us complete seamlessly. They kept in regular contact keeping us posted on progress throughout, managing expectations and going the extra mile at every opportunity for us. After dealing with a difficult estate agent previously, we were so grateful to have found MU and only wish we had found them sooner - they really made the whole process stress free. They are competitively priced and very knowledgeable in the local areas. Although we hope not to be moving anytime soon, we would use them again in a heartbeat and will be recommending them to anyone looking to move home. Thanks again, you guys were super stars!!

Honest & easy to work with

Honest, responsive and easy to work with.We first approached Mike, at MU Property to ask him to carry out a free valuation of our property. We appreciated his knowledge of the local market, his honesty and his professional & friendly approach so when it came to putting our house on the market we chose MU Property as the sole agent. We ended up both selling and purchasing through MU Property as our new home was on their books too. The sale and purchase proceeded quickly and whilst there were, as with any sale, bumps along the way Mike and his team were always on hand to help us navigate these with kindness and good humour. Being able to use their sister company for mortgage advice made the process simpler still and reduced the number of people we needed to loop into conversations. Overall the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home could not have been much smoother and we wouldn't hesitate to use MU Property again in the future.

Highly recommended!

After using 3 different chain estate agents, choosing Mike and his c0mpany, it was the best choice we could have made!I just regret we didn't do it from the beginning! Mike is professional and honest, qualities that lacks in majority of estate agents... unfortunately.His honesty and friendly approach was very important to us.He was able to secure us a deal in the first week, but sadly due to have to deal with lack of character buyers, we were left down. But Mike arranged a new viewing straight after, and with a first viewing we have received same offer and we are now happy moved to a new place.I believe that thruogh this experience I was able to meet nice people, people I would like to keep in contact.I will highly recommend them to everyone. Enquired about a lovely apartment in Camberley just before Christmas, and I was in, sorted within two weeks. Avoid this Agent at all costs!!!This agent carried out direct discrimination against me and my partner for having a child on the way!After passing all referencing and credit checks, this agent allowed their client (the landlord) to turn away our application on the premises that we were having a baby and would be earning less money - even though our earnings still surpassed the criteria required to be able to afford the property. No wonder everyone hates estate agents.
