GoogleWe have just purchased our house through Clarke and Simpson, and from our first viewing right the way through to exchange and completion they have been excellent to deal with. Always available, prompt to replying and answering any queries, and their staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Would happily deal with them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking to either sell or buy in the area.

GoogleExcellent service from Oliver from start to finish. He supported my family through the sale of my father's house following his death. He had a very sensitive approach and understood what a difficult time this was for the family. Always very professional but also very friendly. A great agent. GoogleEveryone we came across were quite rude; looking down on us as a mid-twenties couple whom, granted, look younger. We felt extremely judged and unwelcome using their service. Not to mention how they messed us around with our application, adding more time, and almost leaving us homeless being stuck between 2 landlords then they took our money for no service. Total joke

GoogleInconsistent and unresponsive. Did not responded to questions and emails in a time-sensitive manner. Viewing lasted 10 minutes and we were hurried along as agent needed to be elsewhere. Sent reference request containing confidential information to the incorrect party. Took over two weeks to answer questions about property. Got the distinct impression tenants were a secondary customer and just a petulant pain.

Stuart Clarke was professional, engaged and committed to making the transaction run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, communicating throughout the process. A no-nonsense, can-do attitude and a big-picture approach to property transactions make Stuart worth his salt! Thanks Clarke and Simpson, and Stuart in particular.

GoogleThe website says that Clarke & Simpson 'go the extra mile'... they don't! The go the extra dozens of miles both figuratively and literally! I have nothing but praise for how Lara dealt with the exceptionally complicated and thereby protracted sale of my aunt's property. Six Star service!

Googlewhile a great real estate agency, there should be pointed out that some practices of their contractors are very fraudulent and they wouldn't be successful without Clarke & Simpson's support. Although I informed them of this they didn't even reply and as such can not give them a positive review. Dealing with their contractors requires caution.
