GoogleThe lettings side (can’t speak for the sales) are incredibly dismissive and rude if you don’t offer the asking price. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call back to say that the offers had been declined. Such arrogance; without tenants you have no business, so why are we treated like nothing more than a nuisance?

GoogleWe chose to use Clarke & Simpson to sell our farm in East Suffolk having previously got to know them through other farm-related matters. The process evolved over a few months of planning and preparatory work, through advertising and sale negotiation and then contract completion in conjunction with our chosen solicitor. Throughout this time we were impressed by their knowledge of the market, the quality of advice they gave us and their overall professionalism and we would like to acknowledge Oliver Holloway’s contribution in particular. We were very pleased with the sale outcome, despite the market being somewhat past the highs seen in the couple of years before our sale and we highly recommend them.

GoogleWe've spent the last two-and-a-half years property hunting in the area and, when it comes to estate agents, have encountered the good, the bad and the ugly. We can honestly say that we rate Clarke and Simpson at the top of the pile. From viewings, to negotiating the deal, to steering the transaction to exchange of contracts, they have been a model of good communication and straight dealing. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a couple of hours for Stuart Clarke to respond to a phone message or email and, whilst I think Stuart has always been a good custodian of his client's interests, we've always felt we could trust him. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning we experienced an extremely professional service, from the initial meeting, beautiful, quality brochures, experienced, friendly staff undertaking the viewings on our behalf and finally the sale itself which went through seamlessly with C&S keeping us informed at every stage. The staff are very friendly, courteous, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them and as for Stuart Clarke himself, he was always open and honest with us and always made us feel as if we were his only customer (although we know this is far from the case). GoogleBe wary of dealing with this company, they withhold vital and important information which would have a significant bearing on whether to make an offer on one of their properties. Make sure you do your own research before making any offer as Clarke and Simpson are not very transparent on revealing seriously important issues. Be Warned.
