Dawn at the Burnley branch has been fantastic we had a protracted sale of our property due to it being a private sale we bought a property through reeds rains and dawn has kept on top of it all even pushing our sale and chasing solicitors so got there eventually thanks dawn

An excellent service from start to finish. The team worked tirelessly to give me the best service. Special mention for Janet who went above and beyond in helping me through what was a very emotional purchase for me. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she took as much stress from me as she could. I would recommend them highly.

Wow definitely 5 out 5 I had Alison Bullock from chapel house branch out yesterday. Her time keeping was spot on, her local knowledge was superb, her manners and enthusiasm was amazing. As a sales negotiator she really was the best sales person I have seen for a long time. And I should know!

I can highly recommend Reeds Rains Bamber Bridge I am a tenant in a property managed by this branch and recently required assistance. My issue was dealt with by the Property Manager Katie Bonnar, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She is a credit to the branch!

Not worthy even of one star. They sent out contract for renewal tenancy and failed to pick up that statutory notice periods have changed twice during Covid. They are still advising that it’s two months when in fact it was extended to three and now six months. An absolute joke of a service.
