Reeds Rains at Guisborough. The best estate agent.

Reeds Rains at Guisborough are super efficient, friendly and kind. If they say they will do something you can totally rely on it being done. All their staff are great and so it is perhaps wrong to pick anyone out, but Cathy is extraordinarily efficient and very kind as well as having a charming manner and a realistic attitude to the complications that inevitably arise particularly with period houses.

I used Reeds Rains initially to manage a rental and then to sell the property. I highly recommend them. They are professional but welcoming, nothing is ever too much. Reeds Rains were fantastic when it came to selling my sisters property which she could no longer manage. This was no easy feat given her brain injury and made even more complicated with me living abroad! This was no problem for Adam though who went above and beyond sorting issues out on our behalf. Property well presented when advertised. Lots of viewings organised. Had two failed offers, for genuine reasons, but final and successful offer pushed through relatively quickly. We have used Reeds Rains for the purchase and sale of our properties over the last 10 years and I am glad to say that the service is as good as ever. They are a very professional and personable company. Habil and Jolly were always helpful and on time when showing our properties but special mention goes to Adam who takes a very personal approach and has helped getting the properties over the line when it mattered most. Their biggest strength in my opinion is how they keep everyone informed and always call you when they say they will. House buying, selling and moving are all pretty stressful so it is a relief to know that your estate agent is working in the background to help you through that process. Reeds Rains have been very helpful to me when selling my late Mum and Dads house. They advised on price drops and were patient when I had to relay and get answers from my 5 Siblings. When a sale fell thought unexpectedly they were quick to fined other viewings and another buyer which we had a very quick sale completed after that. Adam and Stephen were very helpful with good advise given and the rest of the staff were helpful when I had to keep phoning as I had not been through this process before. it was pleasure to work with them and they are now assisting my son to sell his Flat.
