Not my pick if you want an agent with local knowledge who live in Fleet themselves. I often drive past and find the office closed, not ideal when you are looking to buy a home and need to rely on the agent. The office itself it not very welcoming.

My offer was accepted on a house, all gong through over 1 month then came to a complete standstill. Called the farnborough office every day at least 3 times for 3 weeks and no one ever answered, no voicemail facility either, sent numerous emails, all went unanswered. I tried, my solicitor and mortgage broker all tried all to no avail. I then find out that the Fleet branch took over, had no response from then, no calls/emails forwarded. So i complain, they assure me they will catch up and will be a smooth process. 1 month later and I get a call from my solicitor saying that the seller has decided not to proceed. I called Haart for an update and was told I would get a call back, its now been 4 days and still no call back, Ive also sent an email and no response from that. I wanted to view 2 other houses but both are being sold by Haart and I would not go near them so am looking at alternatives, that's how bad the treatment has been.

I phoned the fleet branch about 2 weeks ago to enquire about a house me and my partner were very interested in, they answered and the women was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she point blank said no and put the phone down on me. Disgusting service. Will not being using Haart and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Stay way clear and use someone else if you want a professional service. Shame you can't leave 0 stars.

I can't push the point more of how impressed I am with this estate agents. It's a Friday night, our first night in our new house and we've been locked out. It's gone 2100 and someone from the agency has dropped their Friday evening to go to the office, to then come to our house and let us in. Not only have they done this but they have also done it free of charge. You don't get better service thank this. If you're thinking of renting with Haart then take my word for it... you will have absolutely nothing to worry about. Big shout out to both the fleet and ashford branch!!!!

They take forever to reply to anything. Did not do all the works I was promised as a condition to move into a new rented house. The parts that were done were done poorly. Took them a month to repair the power shower. Have to be chased around 3 times every time for every reply. I've been renting for several years with different agents and landlords. This was by far the worst service I ever got.
